Understanding the dogma and doctrine of the Coptic Orthodox Church is critical to forming a worldview that is nested in Scripture, the early Church Fathers, and in Jesus Christ Himself who instituted the Church and Her sacramentality. Dogmatic & Systematic Theology (THEO 601) cover a wide range of authors, from primary Patristic texts to contemporary Coptic & Eastern Orthodox authors. Each course is 8 weeks long, 3-credit hours, and entirely online. One course counts towards a certificate in Coptic Orthodox Systematic Theology, and both courses count towards a Master’s in Coptic Orthodox Theology or a Master’s in Orthodox Christian Apologetics.
