- Duration: 8 weeks
The success of Sunday school teaching depends completely on God’s grace (Acts 2:37). God’s grace will be bestowed upon those who labor heard preparing themselves to carry such responsibility of teaching the word of God. In this course you will engage with the leading theories of elementary school education. The fabric of Sunday School is its leaders and educators. Poor quality and poorly motivated servants can dampen the Sunday School spirit. You will learn components of children psychology, their developmental theories, the use of technology in elementary education, proper Christian discipline for this age, proper motivational techniques, and methods of collaboration learning, among other topics. This course acquaints learners with the concepts and teaching methods involved in instructing elementary school students.
