This course is for Sunday school and church leaders. In our rapidly changing and ever-complex world, we often suffer crises in leadership. While guiding your Sunday school youth, you will learn how to become a transformational leader. Many leaders work within situations; transformational leaders change situations. Christian leadership is all about transforming your children into godly children through the grace of God. Transformational leadership will not emerge until we have a model of the transforming leader guided by the grace of God. What more powerful example of leadership could there be than the Lord Jesus Christ Himself?
